Certified Expert Somnologists 2014

The first regular examination for Somnologists commissioned by the ESRS took place in Tallinn on 16 September 2014 during the 22nd Congress of the European Sleep Research Society. The ESRS Board congratulates all those who passed the ESRS Examination in Sleep Medicine and obtained certification as Expert Somnologists. The Expert Somnologists represent 30 different countries from across the world. The ESRS Research Networking Committee is pleased to announce that one ESRS Short-term Research Fellowship (fellowship for three months) and two ESRS Two-Week Training Grants have been awarded for the year 2016 within the  programme developed to promote the travel of young sleep researchers in order to learn a specific technique or methodology in an experienced laboratory belonging to the ESRS Network of Sleep Research Laboratories.
