By indicating your consent, you, the Speaker, agree to the following: 1. Live Participation & Recording on Zoom Events You agree to participating in a live streamed session on Zoom Events, the platform hosting eSleep Europe 2025, and to have the recording hosted there until the end of 2025. 2. Ownership of Materials You retain ownership of all presentation materials ("Materials") provided by you for the Event. These Materials include, but are not limited to, slides, video recordings, and other content created by you. 3. Permission to Use Materials You grant the ESRS ("Organiser") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to: - Use, reproduce, and distribute the Materials in connection with the Event, including its use in post-event marketing or educational materials. - Include your presentation, in part or in full, in Event recordings made available to Event attendees. - Publish and archive the Materials as part of the Event’s proceedings for up to 3 years on the Organisers internal server, public website and YouTube channels. 4. Representation and Warranties You confirm that: - The Materials are your original work or that you have obtained all necessary permissions for their use. - The Materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. - The content of your presentation complies with all applicable laws and ethical standards. 5. Release of Liability You release the Organiser from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of your Materials as authorized by this agreement. 6. Media and Promotion You agree to allow the Organiser to use your name, likeness, and biographical information for the promotion of the Event.Additional Comments
