FAQs
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and made available within the platform to all registered participants through 15 December 2025.
In 2025, we will not be opening a call for abstracts. Since the tracks are spread across the year and we want to feature new research in all tracks, there will instead be a session dedicated to articles published in the Journal of Sleep Research (JSR). The respective Track Organisers will invite authors of recently published research to present their work. We encourage you to submit your new research to the JSR.
If you have a newly published article or other new work you would like to present, please reach out to us and let us know what track you think would be the best fit. We will let you know if there is space to bring the proposal to the Track Organisers. The Journal of Sleep Research (JSR) is still the best place to send your work. eSleep Europe 2025 will feature a session dedicated to articles published in the Journal of JSR. The respective Track Organisers will invite authors of recently published research to present their work. We encourage you to submit your new research to the JSR.
Registration is free to ESRS members, including Associate members (members of ANSS national societies). We are also pleased to offer complimentary registration to members of supporting societies. In addition, some of our Industry supporters have chosen to support participation and can invite their contacts.
Registration will open mid-January 2025.
Join ESRS as an Individual Member. Two years of membership costs only 164 EUR or 60 EUR if you qualify for reduced membership. Membership grants you full access to all eight tracks of eSleep Europe 2025 as well as all of the other ESRS Member benefits (link) including full access to the Journal of Sleep Research (JSR), discounts for Sleep Europe 2026 (link) and eligibility to take the ESRS Examination (link) among other benefits.
Of course, we encourage you to save the date and plan to participate in all eight tracks so please do it all at once. Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to make this easy for you but once you have a login to the Zoom powered platform, just sign up for each track.
As a bonus, we will host any and all ESRS webinars on the same platform for 2025 so you have an overview of all live and recorded sleep sessions in one place.
