With robust theoretical foundations and a solid evidence base, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) is now the recommended first-line treatment for insomnia in international clinical guidelines. Its efficacy has been demonstrated across a range of clinical populations. Delivered by world-leading clinical and scientific experts in the field, this course sets out to provide attendees with the practical training and theoretical knowledge to apply CBTi in their clinical practice.

– Objective measurement of sleep
– Sleep restriction therapy
– Stimulus control therapeutics
– Psychophysiological therapeutics
– Emerging therapies: Mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches

This course does not confer a licence to practice, nor provide a formal qualification endorsed by the University of Oxford. It is your responsibility to ensure you practice within the boundaries of your existing professional certification/registration and competencies.
