What Is Pyjama Day?

Pyjama Day is an initiative that invites participants to wear their pyjamas to work, school, or local events. While light-hearted in approach, the day carries an important message: sleep is fundamental to health and well-being, and improving sleep habits benefits everyone, from children to adults.
