Launch Event: An Illustrated Journey into the World of Sleep Book

The Portuguese Sleep Association and the Centre for Neuroscience and Cell Biology of the University of Coimbra, with the support of VitalAire and the European Sleep Research Society (ESRS), are pleased to announce the launch of the book An Illustrated Journey into the World of Sleep.
Created as part of the global World Sleep Day campaign, this book brings together poems and illustrations by young Portuguese students, from primary to secondary school, from various regions across the country. It takes readers on a unique journey through the fascinating world of sleep.
The launch event will take place simultaneously in Lisbon and Porto, with the support of the respective City Councils.
