World Sleep Congress 2025 Registration Grant

The ESRS aims to support an ESRS member interested in presenting their research on the world stage. Accordingly, ESRS will offer one (1) full registration to the World Congress for an ESRS member who would otherwise not be able to fund their participation. The World Sleep Congress will take place in Singapore from 5 – 10 September 2025. To qualify for ESRS support, applicants must demonstrate proof of abstract submission (oral or poster). The deadline for abstract submission for oral sessions is 15 May 2025.
 One individual will be selected from all applications received by 30 May 2025.
Registration grant available only for ESRS members.
One grant will be awarded.
Conditions:
- You must be an ESRS member in good standing.
- The grant does not cover accommodation or travel expenses.
- Applicants must have submitted an abstract (oral or poster) to the World Sleep Congress 2025 at the time of application.
- Funding is open to all nationalities (European and non-European countries). Â
- Only one registration grant will be awarded.
Requirements:
- Candidate’s CV
- A letter of motivation outlining the applicant’s interest, relevance of their work, and need for financial support.
- Proof of abstract submission (oral or poster) to the World Sleep Congress 2025.
