CURRENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
It’s a traning center of Turkish Sleep Medicine Society (TSMS). Sleep Medicine Training for 6 months is given to doctors before entering the TSMS Sleep Medicine Board examination. 10-12 doctors comes here for this purpose per year.
There are 6 beds.
Fullnight polysomnography and MSLT or MWT when needed is performed for 4 nights per week in 6 beds. All kind of sleep disorders in all age groups are evaluated. The research area is primary sleep disorders and sleep disorders related to neurological, medical and psychiatric disorders. It’s also an outpatient Sleep Disorders clinic. All kinds of sleep disorders are evaluated on three days per week.
It’s the first Sleep Disorders Center in Turkey has being working since 1993. There are more than 20.000 registered sleep disorders patients. It’s a reference center in the country.
