Amber Roguski is a final year PhD student at the University of Bristol, UK, researching sleep and early biomarkers of neurodegeneration. She is also a founding member of the Inclusive Research Collective, which seeks to raise awareness and challenge exclusionary research practices in the sciences. Amber is interested in the relationship between science and society, and how and why we produce knowledge.

She is excited to work within the ESRS GEF to advocate for gender equity within the society and wider sleep research field, to increase support and representation of minoritised gender identities and to develop long-term frameworks for gender equity progress assessment. She takes lead responsibility for graphic design & data visualisation for ESRS GEF and supports the taskforce’s ongoing projects.
