Dr. Marjolein van Looij
Marjolein van Looij was trained as an ENT-surgeon in the Erasmus MC, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After finishing her residency, she did a fellowship with professor Nico de Vries. In 2018 she certified as an ERSR-somnologist.
She’s currently working as an ENT surgeon and somnologist at the OLVG in Amsterdam.
She has been a member of the committee that revised the Dutch guideline on pediatric OSA.
In addition to this she’s
– a member of the ESRS Sleep Medicine Committee (guidelines)
– a board member of the committee for quality and accreditation of the Dutch Sleep Medicine Association (SVNL)
– a board member of the Dutch Sleep Medicine Association (SVNL)
– a member of the prevention committee of the Dutch ENT association
– the deputy director in the ENT residency programme in the OLVG.
