Step 1 – Log in to your ESRS account
Login into esrs.eu using your registered email address or username. If your membership is still active, you can use the magic link option to login without password. If you don’t remember and/or need to reset your password, you can do it here https://esrs.eu/my-esrs/lost-password/.

Step 2 – Access the Renewal page
Click on any link named “Renew Membership” in your myESRS dashboard or go directly to the renewal page here.
Step 3 – Select your membership plan
Choose the appropriate membership category:
Step 4 – Review and update your profile
Check that your personal and professional information is accurate. Update any fields as necessary. Click “Submit” when finished.
Step 5 – Complete your payment
You may renew using: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer

If you have an active SEPA Direct Debit mandate, your membership fee will be collected automatically.
What is the renewal deadline?
The membership fee for the calendar years 2026 and 2027 cycle is due by 1 December 2025.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your membership will expire on 31 December 2025, and access to members-only benefits will be suspended.
Can I renew after my membership expires?
Yes, you can still subscribe a new membership after 1 January 2026 onwards.
