Grants Report
I am very happy and grateful to have gotten the opportunity to participate in the European Insomnia Network Meeting 2025. During the meeting, I engaged with researchers from across Europe involved in insomnia research and learned about current studies through presentations and poster sessions. This was very inspiring, and I’m returning home with many interesting conversations and new ideas.
I especially enjoyed connecting with other researchers during the coffee breaks and poster sessions, where I had the chance to hear more about their work and experiences in a more informal setting.
I also had the opportunity to present some early findings from one of the studies in my PhD project. This was both my first time presenting data from the study and my first time presenting at an international meeting. Although I felt a bit nervous beforehand, I really enjoyed sharing my work and discussing it with other researchers afterwards. I am very grateful for the chance to present, and it was a very positive and memorable experience.
In summary, attending the European Insomnia Network Meeting 2025 was a great experience. I gained valuable knowledge, made new connections, and returned with renewed motivation and inspiration for my research. I am very thankful for the support that made this opportunity possible.
Best regards,
