Congress Format

Sleep Europe 2024 is planned as a hybrid (onsite and digital) congress.

Currency

All official prices are indicated in Euro (EUR). The official currency in Spain is EUR.

Educational Tracks

The Scientific Committee has worked assiduously to develop a vibrant scientific programme based on the latest research. A preliminary programme is available here: https://esrs.eu/sleep-congress/scientific-programme/.

Educational tracks were determined in part based on the number and quality of abstracts submitted in each field.

Insurance

The congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Travel

By Taxi: The fare for taxis to the congress centre ranges from €20 to €30.

By Bus: Take the Airport Shuttle Bus, Line EA, from Aeropuerto de Sevilla (Arrivals) to Auxiliar Kansas City (Santa Justa train station). Then transfer to bus line C4 from Seville Santa Justa Train Station to Palacio de Congresos (Congress venue). Registration

Registration will open in 2024. 

Registration fees will be posted in due course, we do not anticipate much change from the registration fees in 2022. As always, ESRS members will benefit from the lowest fees.

Tracks

The Scientific Committee is working to develop the programme based on the latest research. A preliminary programme will be posted once available. Tracks will be determined in part based on the number and quality of abstracts submitted in each field.
